required:

-HTML and CSS knowledge
-no Piczo, Xanga, Myspace, Bebo, Deviantart, Livejournal (etc.) sites
-show me a Freewebs/Awardspace site. basically anything that uses CSS coding
-good graphics and neat coding

you will get:

-a sub-domain (you.malignant-voices.org -or- malignant-voices.org/you)
-unlimited bandwidth
-20 MB of space or more if needed
-your own FTP account
-MySQL databases
-Cutenews, Lightbox, Fanupdate, Bellabuzz installed by my upon request (maximum of 2)
-my help when needed (I made fast email replies)
